Marina Bouscant has been Avocat au Barreau de Paris since 2011. She studied law in Paris and Munich and has both the German and French master’s degree M2/LL.M. in the European commercial law.
She has completed internships with German-French law firms in both Paris and Munich in addition to internships with international industrial companies.
Parallel to her lawyer training in Paris, she completed a postgraduate course of study in international commercial law and management at the ESSEC Business School and, prior to joining GERSTENBERG Rechtsanwälte, worked for one year in the legal department of an international French cosmetics company in Paris. There Ms. Bouscant`s work focused on in and out-of-court litigation of advertising claims with respect to cosmetics advertising.
